The Dragonborn Barbarian and the High Elf Wizard are hired to retrieve a magical object that was stolen from a human and dwarf pair by a group of goblin and kobold bandits. They are joined again by the nobleman fighter as well as a human cleric of Mantidae, a tielfling rogue and a halfling bard.
They break up the bandits who had taken refuge in a former cave that was a shrine to Mantidae, recover the magic item, and in the process discover a mysterious artifact.
