Lord Joshua L'Bowen was elected to the rank of Sovereign of the Krylan Coalition upon the death of the previous leader, Lord Riddick. His inauguration occured the next month, but immediately after he was called to be Champion of The Phoenix and never physically took the throne. The Elemental Sundering.
