White scales blend perfectly with frozen snow as a large form hunts a meal for his village. He wears little in the way of protective clothing, his scales staving off the cold that would otherwise seep into his bones and stop him in his tracks. These
Dragonkin are built for the frigid north and south of the world, their knowledge keeping them safe amongst
Giants and others that make their homes in these desolate places. No matter the struggle, his people are ready for it, their scales allowing them to brush off the worst of circumstances.
White Dragonkin are the descendants of one of the
Elder Races and a
White Dragon. Made for the harsh conditions of their homeland, these people thrive in places where others struggle. Their tenacity is beyond all else, allowing them to overcome and move forward when most others would falter and fail. Prideful is one way to describe these people as they have continued to survive in the worst circumstances the world over.
Above all else, these people respect tenacity and discipline. This is their defining purpose, to prove that everything can be overcome if one continues trying in the face of adversity. While they often choose to live in villages of their own color, those that wander into the world serve other societies as
Soldiers and fill other dangerous professions that are necessary but most cannot fulfill. The ego of
Chromatic Dragons is difficult to shake, but such tenacity and willpower are deserving of some moments of ego.
Basic Information
White Dragonkin share some specific traits with their
Draconic ancestors that prove their ties to the
White Dragons. Their facial features are sharp, defined on the jawline by large protruding spikes and an impressive set of horns. A long pointed tail and large muscular bodies are also common in White Dragonkin.
All
Dragonkin inherit sharp claws, extremely strong and protective scales, as well as a breath weapon that they can use. Some of these traits are affected by the color of the
Dragonkin as the many varieties of
Dragons also vary greatly in their abilities. White Dragonkin often have a resistance to all mundane damage types as well as some magical damage including ice, fire, wind, and electricity while their breath weapon creates super cold ice that will freeze anything for a length of time. Because of their choice of homeland, White Dragonkin have a body that is well attuned to punishment and hard battle and they have the tenacity to overcome the worst living conditions.
Common Colorations
Common Colorations

White Dragons. Their scales can range from a stark white color to a near-grey color. The color of their eyes has a much smaller range, often only being yellow, brown, red, green, grey, or purple.

Additional Information
White Dragonkin are extremely social, but often do not mingle with other societies due to the locations in which they prefer to live. These people build their villages in some of the most desolate areas of Isekai, often in the
Neither Tundra in
Vóreios and the
Either Tundra and
Edge Tundra in
Nótios. Frigid locations such as these do not allow for mingling with other races, but some White Dragonkin prefer the warmer weather of the
Fearsome Maw and the technologies that come with larger cities that have academies.
Because of their love of the cold, these people often prefer the closeness of small villages in the more frigid areas of the world. There is some stigma related to the color of their scales in other societies, so while they are not welcomed with open arms, White Dragonkin can find places amongst other races if they so choose. In these societies, they often become
Soldiers,
Blacksmiths, or find other professions that are known for injury and heavy work as their bodies are more able to handle these.
