As an academy for those that practice sorcery and magic far removed from the divine, Starlit Tower saw little need for the teaching of magics relating to divine entities or those that could heal or aid. In the early days of the Academy, these types of magics were seen as weak, but it took a man of centuries to realize the potential that the academy was lacking.
Alexander Cross saw the missing potential when he became the headmaster of the Academy. While his own focus in magic was more arcane than divine, some that dabbled in magic could often benefit from both. He approached the Clerics and Paladins that called Stronghold home, and an idea was born that would span decades and better assist a new generation of magic users.
A new class was born at the Academy, one known only as Divine Intentions. It was less a typical class, and more an outreach and learning opportunity. Users of divine and arcane magic alike could meet and teach each other spells on divine and arcane magic, essentially growing the pool of spells that each user was able to use. Wizards and Sorcerers expanded into some healing spells and other things that relied on the divine, while those divine users expanded into spells of damage and elements normally beyond their capabilities.

Design

This room is fairly large, including a small section for instruction that has desks and a chalkboard as well as a large section for training and the actual casting of spells. The larger section has markings on the floor that can be activated to create a barrier around the training area.
