UNSF Long Term Roving Vessel

The Long Term Roving Vessel is essentially a moving base, used heavily by the UNSF as the flagship, staging area and even shipyard for all fleets that are not based at Earth itself. Within its mighty space, it has multiple centrifugal rings, multiple hangers, a pair of dry docks, 4 Linear Fusion Torch Drives, a large factory, and enough defences to keep it all safe. It is typically escorted by at least two and more typically three battleships, as well as a fleet of smaller ships. Theoretically, one of these ships could stage the invasion of any large sovereign entity, but they act mostly as a moving space station.
Typically cruises at 1 m/s or coasts, but in emergencies can get up to 3 m/s. Though this may seem slow, considering the mass of this giant ship, the powers necessary are comparable to a K-1 civilization.
There are only 9 active ships of this class: 2 in the opposition fleet; 1 above Venus; 1 acting as the staging area for the R&D area; 2 in the Kuiper Belt; 2 in the Oort Cloud; and 1 on the Mars-Earth trade route.
