The Big Rover
The centerpiece of the The Roving Settlement, this gigantic rover train is over half a km long, comprising 8 interconnected elements.
2 driving and power units, which pull the rover and provide power, as well as acting as control centers. There are two simply because occasionally one needs to be overahauled, and one can drive the rover train at around 75% the speed of two.
Typically immediatly behind them is the rover unit that is known as services. It has both the main depot for the settlement and the main hospital. It also has one of the two landing zones on top of it, for ressupply by air, though land resupply is more common. Typically, if something is needed urgently, a rocket will send it over, but many people come by zepplin.
Behind this is one of the 3 living quarter rovers, simply filled with little spots where people live. Each of these 3 rovers also has a couple shops and other amenities, but it is mostly living space. Most of the other rovers also have a couple little places where people live, but it is not their main purpose.

Power Generation

Propulsion
Every rover sits on 8 wheels, each hydrolically suspended and independantly steerable. 2 wheels on each are also powered by onboard power

Weapons & Armament
Each rover has a small anti-meteor system on top, and the police officers have access to some weaponry.

Communication Tools & Systems
It has an uplink to the local satallite internet, as well as radio hookups to whatever settlement it is near at the time. It also has some more primitive long range radios in case something happens.
Sensors
It just has some typical short range sensors and cameras. Typically a rover in the settlement will scout ahead to ensure the path is safe.
Hangars & docked vessels
There are 13 rovers that are typically on or beside the big rover. These are 2 used by the police force, 3 used by the government, 4 used by the repair teams, 3 that typically perform scouting duties for the big rover and finally the tug, a powerful rover that helps get others unstuck.
