Remote

A remote is simply something used by an AI or a kitted up human to shift their perspective to another location. The simplest remotes are small drones, allowing for a mobile perspective to view through and direct, while also being entirely disposable. While technically even ships can act as remotes, and in deed often do act as such for certain crew, they do not give over control. As such, the largest remotes encountered on a daily basis are Humanoid Remote or the animal remotes that can be found in some zoosteroids.
The minimum requirement of a remote is just some kind of sensor and a way of transmitting information, but for a real remote some kind of locomotion and recival of information is needed. They tend to have some local processing and at least one camera, but this is not stricly nescessary.
