Tale of Two Sisters: Episode 09 - The Travelling Twins
As The Crimson Companions continue heading east along with the rescued prisoners make their way to The Emerald Hollow, Mivli Xanaer explains that she is a member of The Greensingers, a community that has found haven within the harsh landscape of Sersinara. She tells them that she was captured by The Legion of The Hidden whilst she was investigating Vesryn, the masked-girl who The Crimson Companions had just fought.
During this journey, The Crimson Companions tell the prisoners that they're looking for a blue haired girl called Tillina Kinato who they suspect has been taken by the The Legion of The Hidden. The character who resembled Janaya reveals herself to be her twin sister, Animaera Ilntero - It remains unclear how she had ended up back into the clutches of The Legion of The Hidden in Vesryn's camp. But she tells them they had taken her and sister when they were younger to join them.
Animaera Ilntero sheds some light on The Legion of The Hidden, describing to them that the camp they were just at - Arseira (believed to be the mastermind behind it all) is planning on manufacturing large quantities of Smokepowder, a resource that's difficult to create in Sersinara. The plan is to open a doorway to The Valley of Kings, where the tomb of The First King of Silmeira rests.
Animaera Ilntero claims that, the only place she could think they would have taken Tillina Kinato would be Mirakeno, the "The Falling Fortress".
Okay, well I can assure you that if they were to take a someone as young as her. She’s attempting to convert her to the cause. They start them young, like me and my sister. Believe our minds are easier to bend. She would have them taken to “Mirakeno”, a falling fortress. I’ve seen it once. I was weary on my travels. It’s a fortress that rests on a falling waterfall. What’s left of it, is now the Fortress Mirakeno. It’s not an easy place to reach. I know of a general direction. But the jungle forest that leads to Mirakeno is cursed with powerful magic, without a map. We will get lost in there.Mivli Xanaer offers an idea to The Crimson Companions. She tells them of a place, not too far from The Emerald Hollow called The Queen's Eye, the old cities of The Kingdom of Silmeira are intertwined in a complex history. Any clues to Mirakeno could very well be there. She explains the Green Scouts and The Thorn Knights have struggled to work their way into the area due to a swarm of snakes that have made it their home and she has lost many people to the area. Clues to the Valley of Kings could also be hidden there. The Crimson Companions decide to camp for a night and head out first thing in the morning. With Mivli Xanaer leading the way to The Emerald Hollow, she explains that the route can't be seen with normal eyes, like a lot of places left behind by The Silmeirans - they're magically hidden. Mivli Xanaer teaches them how to make an Emerald Glasspiece, which can show them special markings of various trees. Once they reach The Emerald Hollow, they are taken to a tunnel where at the end stands a gate, once they are let in. They are taken down a lift which brings them to a hidden community of people, living in treetops. The Crimson Companions are taken to The Green Knight where they are formally introduced and welcomed to stay within this sanctuary. The Green Knight introduces himself as Zilvio Maze, the leader of this community of people known as The Greensingers.
I, along with other Thorn Warriors and @gree, went to investigate their operations, find out anything that may help us fight. Because right now, we’re the only people that stands between total annihilation of this continent.Zilvio Maze says he is willing to help The Crimson Companions in whatever way he can, as he finds their relationship will be mutually beneficial in taking down The Legion of The Hidden. The Crimson Companions are given lodgings in The Emerald Hollow to stay for as long as they need, as a thank you for rescuing Mivli Xanaer. Saladar Al Shalim discovers a blacksmith who manufactures swords for The Thorn Knights named Falco and offers him a chance to work in Bel-Kadir with the Sultanate of Azir, to which Falco graciously considers. Wilhelm Ironbark discovers that Mivli Xanaer has a huge litter of dino-cats and he wishes to adopt one of them, which Mivli Xanaer allows. Zilvio Maze tells The Crimson Companions to rest up, and he will come meet them due morning and show them the The Queen's Eye's location.
