Arasaha

The largest city in Nijina boasts a wonderfully rich yet strict order of lifestyle. The walled grounds, referred to as "Futtoringu" is home to many classes of society. A straight road from it's main gate leads straight through the the busy districts until it hits the foot of the mountain where another gate stands. This one leads the path upwards to Himeko where the Zhogumuro lives, including high ranking nobles and close members of the court.   The industrious lifestyle has enabled Arasaha to become a staggering city. It's intricate designs of gold and black etched on the outside walls speak of a well developed nation.   The lands beyond the walls are carefully guarded night and day by the Godurai who permit no construction of houses or buildings within a mile of the wall. There is little public crime in Arasaha, though shady dealings and conspiracies are rife in the streets when one knows how to stay hidden. The high tax levies make Arasaha a difficult place to live in for those without coin. Families that live here are rooted in history of either working a lucrative job in one of its industries or of nobility.   Outside, far beyond Arasaha shows the lower class, who come in to trade goods within the walls of the city. Here poverty strickens but the various villages make do with its fertile fields.
