Life, Milestone
Some of the Adventures that the Stone Golem Heinrich and the Fire bear Be'ar were part of after parting ways with the Ascendants.
Ah Be'ar and Heinrich departed Highgate, the pair were joined by many of the more curious and brave explorers who were first stepping into the new world. Be'ar and Heinrichs first ordeal was finding a method of leaving the island city of Highgate, as most boats couldn't handle Heinrichs massive weight or Be'ars intense heat. they found a Merchant who set sail in an ironbound ship that took them on as protection to the mainland. It was at this time, that Heinrich discovered that despite not having a stomach or an inner ear, he was horribly 'sea sick'. he insisted on feeling dizzy and nauseous, despite Be'ar insisting that it was impossible for him to actually be sea sick. shortly after it was discovered that Heinrich did in fact have a stomach, and managed to purge a number of small polished rocks from his body along with a small pile of gravel. upon reaching the mainland, not two days after leaving Highgate, the two were asked to vacate the ship, though they needn't have bothered as Heinrich moved very quickly to depart the vessel as the captain discussed the reasons with Be'ar. The two spent a good deal of time wandering the Wilds of what would come to be reclaimed as Krogar exploring the ruins of the old world, and attempting to build their first home in the mountains of what would come to be named the Empty Peaks. Heinrich would move and shape the heavy stones of the mountains into a large makeshift home while Be'ear used her intense heat the stones to be more malleable. the structure was never fully completed as the pair was constantly harrassed by Orcs and Trolls who flooded into the area from a number of caves that connected to the Deep places of the world. Be'ar wanted to depart much sooner, but Heinrich insisted that the pest problem could be handled if they simply sealed up the holes they kept comming from and so set out to find and seal the entrance. Be'ar, followed along despite her many protests. A horde of Orcs attempted to ambush the pair, but were easily dealt with, though it was Be'ars turn to be sickened this time by the smell of burning Orc blood and flesh. Heinrich pulled Be'ar aside into a cave away from the stench, sealing it with a large boulder to prevent more Orcs from flooding in. It was here that the pair discovered, upon pure chance, that they had found one of the Holes into the Deep Caverns of the world, where a much larger force of Orcs set upon the pair, driving them deeper into the cavern system as Be'ear left behind a trail of burnt bodies and bubbling bile. Heinrich, not thinking of the consequences of his actions, smashed the cavern walls with all his considerable might causing a cave in that set the Horde and the pair deeper into the world as the stones tumbled in over eachother. Be'ar and Heinrich found themselves quite lost within the Deep Caverns surrounded by angry and equally lost Orcs.
