A Red Sun Baptism is an enormous effort, and should never be taken lightly, failing the ritual can cause a backlash of necromatic force, unleash a plague of undeath, or corrupt the very ground for decades to come.
Manifestation
A Red Sun Baptism will taint the moon an blood red color similar to that of a hazy sun. the air of the ritual room with smell of blood given the enormous amount required for the ritual, as the blood rushes to fill the vessals, or become as mist and saturate the air itself.

Material Components
A fresh heart of a Dragon Wyrmling of the same alignment to the Vampire being reborn. skeleton of a Succubus, 66 gallons of blood for every year the Vampire has been ash.
Gestures & Ritual
The Succubus skeleton must be bleached, and engraved with arcane runes to bind a Vampires spirit,the bones are then gorged in blood over the course of tendays, months or even years givin the power of the Vampire being reborn. the heart of the Dragon Wyrmling must be placed inside the ribcage of the Skeleton as a sutiable replacement, in the final hour before midnight. in the final moment of the ritual, the ashes of the Vampire lord are mixed with the blood of a Vampire they spawned, then pored over the skull of the Succubus skeleton. throughout all of this incantations and ritual circles are used to bind the spirit of the Succubus and the Dragon in place upon the resurection of the Vampire Lord. this ritual requires an enormous amount of magic power, requiring a master spellcaster, a god, or the use of large amounts of Mystrium.

Applied Restriction
The amount of Blood required alone makes any sane kingdom unlikely to allow its execution, as well as the sacrifice of a dragon wyrmling, the bones ofa powerful outsider, all make the ritual difficult to preform. as well as the wholly evil nature of the ritual, and the catastrophic effects shoudl the ritual fail.
