Narsai
harsh wasteland of barren rocky tundra and desert dunes. as magic is highly mutable here in this wasteland, many tend to avoid it. though some have taken to using it as a hiding place to avoid the world that may seek their death. notable criminal lords like Gelthros eloped here decades ago, and build an "empire" where he proclaimed himself the sorccerer king. a kingdom built on slavery and the invaluable commodety of water. everything here has a price, gold has little value to those not aligned with Gelthros. old ruins that span above and beneath the sands of Narsai, from kingdoms ancient even before the long night. raw crystaline growths of the shattered ley lines scatter the land of Narsai, warping magic and life into new misshapen things. Mystrium as it's called is often leathal but if one can secure even a small amount of the Crystal they will want for nothing in the land of the Dark Sun. being the richest deposits for Mystrium many adventurues find themseles in the wasteland of Narsai in search of the glowing tressure, for lord and king, for their gods, guildmasters, or simply greed and curiosity.
Geography
the desert of Narsai is blasted by constant heat from a nearby volcano and rocky hills. the infestation of Mystrium ensures that any life that does live here has been mutated to some degree. there is no source of fresh water here, making it nearly as valuable as Mystrium. Magic is also unstable so creating water is potentially dangerous. it lays near the equator, to the east of the spire, a large desert area surrounded by rocky mountains.
