General Physical Condition
Grulgor's avatar is often a large obese creature with pallid skin and festering sores, often appearing toadlike the Avatar constantly spills forth a tide of corruption in the form of insects, spores, rodents, pus and bile to spread his taint across the Planes.

Massive sores, welts, and wounds in pallid bloated flesh.
Facial Features
Grulgor's Avatar was dipicted as a large lipless maw of rotted teeth and rotting tongues. a series of treebranch like horns protruding from his head.
Identifying Characteristics
Grulgor took on an apperance similar to a Toad where his swarms and plagues could gestate within his pustules and erupt from his back and numerous sores to spread the gift.
Physical quirks
Grulgor giggles with glee as he spreads his gift of decay, the loving touch of rot. that which causes even Demons and Fiends to recoil in disgust bring the Demon Lord great joy.

Grulgor has no personal affects, rotting and destroying everything he touches.

Personal history
Grulgor was the first Demon to rise from the death of Tharyzdon, carrying with him the death from the Evil God Grulgor was forever destined in that moment to be a herald for death and decay. The Demon Lord spent centuries plauging the Abyss, infesting lesser Demons and turning them into his servants only to cause them to rot and die soon afterwards stunting any potential of a power base or horde to be established. Despite Grulgors self destructive nature, he's proven impossible to eradicated completely, even if other Demon Lords and their hordes band toegther to exterminate the God of Decay, Grulgor has never been fully destroyed. there are a number of theroies, especially after Nefar Kha Ahm's writtings, that believe the Demon Lord to be dead, and that only his deranged followers live on thinking themselves to be the infamous Demon Lord. Countless times throughout the Planes of Existence Grulgor has spread his gift to the denizins of creation, leaving a stain upon any he comes in contact with.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Grulgor is perhaps the most dangerous of the Demon Lords, though his reckless and self destructive nature has often led to him controlling the least amount of territory in the Abyss.
Failures & Embarrassments
Grulgor feels a deep sense of failure every time one of his plagues or infestations is cured, though feels saddened more by the fact that countless souls will never receive the gift of rot.

Grulgor is derranged even by Demon standards, thinking his infestations and plagues to be gifts.

Grulgor doesn't think in the same way others do, he is a sentient Virus who seeks only to spread and infest new hosts.while this makes his hordes particularly undisciplined they are nevertheless dangerous.

Grulgor desires nothing more than to see all of creation, even the Abyss, transformed into a festering pustule of decay, a garden of entropy, his gift reaching every soul in existence.
