Manufacturing process
a number of moss and fungus are specially grown in Dwarven brewery's, and tested for alcoholic potency. dwarven constitution often means it takes a much higher alcohol concentration to reach a drunken state than it does for other races. the ingredients are then extracted in a number of ways depending on the clan brewery in question, Stoutshields have a process which involves boiling the moss and fungus in mineral water for many days for instance.
Significance
many Dwarven holds lack the ability to properly grow hops, and have had to find ways to circumvent this to keep in touch with their tradition of brewing potent spirits.
