Jarkarite
Given the association with war, slavery, and shrewd buisiness tactics, only the most loyal or contemptible proclaim themselves as Jarkarites. Jarkarites began their existence overthrowing the previous government. From there, Jarkarites made deals with devils, effriti, dragons, and anything else they thought could give them the upper hand in trade, economy, or war. After the elves retreated Emperor Jarkar I organized and dispatched an army to the north.
The Northern Assault, as it became known, netted Emperor Jarkar I New recruits, slaves, and, most importantly, more resources to continue his war to the west.Naming Traditions

Common Etiquette rules
Polite etiquette requires little more than eye contact and acknowledgement of the other person, but rules are different in the courts and in business.
Court Etiquette
The basics of courtly conversation are recognition of station, presentation of status, querying of the present situation, statement of intent, and lastly conversation. As an example, addressing the Duke with his full title and name then conceding one's subservience (or asserting one's dominance), giving a gift of your means, stating your need for a favor, and finally engaging in a proposal will get you in the good Grace's of the nobility. Of course this goes out the window with back door dealings and close friends.
Business Etiquette
Buisness, on he other hand, is about being straight, presenting contracts, and having all avenues covered. Simply asking for a trade arrangement will not get one as far as having the documents drawn up, a fair deal for all, a counter proposal written out, and a lawyer on hand to amend and documents and finalize the deal. Of course, if one's dealing are blackmail or illicit goods, these pleasantries are not neccessary.
