Xares

In a green plains near the Vandrel river sits the city of Xares. Xares is a large and prosperous city, it is also the capital city of The Vale. Xares houses the royal family and their castle as well as the finest tradesmen in The Vale. Castle Brun is nested is the center and heart of the city. Its large towers reach into the sky and can be seen outside the city. It is home to King Titus ll and his family. Castle Brun was built by the four clans after they were united under the Bear clan's banner. King Bulaguard of the Bear clan was the first to take the throne and the first king of The Vale, his bloodline has continued to this day.
The rest of Xares grows outward from the castle. It is separated into districts, with a wall in-between each one, despite there being walls travel to and from each one is completely allowed. District 1 is the farthest from the castle and his home to the lower class of the city, it consists of the homeless as well as farmers that tend to the farms outside of the city's walls. District 1 is a slum like place not many like to stay in long. District 2 is for middle class and hardworking folk. This is were you will find your taverns, blacksmiths and spell shops. Some of district 2's shop are quite famous and well known. The Silver-Arrow Inn, Kado's spells and Four Swords forge to name a few. Last is District 3, it is made up of the nobles and richer folk of the city. It has the nicest homes and parks. Erbil Theater is quite popular with the nobles.

Xares has been sieged before and once even taken in the past. Despite this it still stands strong an proud. It stands as a beacon of hope possibility for the people of The Vale
