Doranos (Door-an-os)
The country of Doranos has a long history deeply rooted in tribalism. A relatively untouched region thanks in part to their dense forests and hills the Drovan culture was well preserved even after the rise of the Ipsum Empire. In the modern era Doranos is still defined by a clan centric society but with more unity than their historical ancestors. Under the leadership of their current Bludchieftan Doranos has become the powerhouse of the western countries and currently sits poised as one of the few major powers that are not actively participating in the cold war that is leading to the looming great war. Names for cities are often named after the various familial tribes that existed in ancient times.
Culture
While previously isolationist the Drovan country has come out of the great shattering in a strong position globally as they where treated more as rebellious subjects holding land not worth fighting over and thus where left to their own devices and development during the age of Ipsum.

The Chieftans Moot is the collection of the chieftains of each of the clans led by the Bludchieftan. While the Bludchieftan has final say it is not uncommon for the Moot to make regular day to day decisions that would regularly bog down a singular head of state.
Judicial Body
The Speakers of the Forest, or speakers for short, serve as the judge and jury of the Drovan people. The Speakers are elected for life by the holy Lunari priests from the ranks of Druids within Doranos.
