Anatomy
Humanoid with clear markers of their demon ancestry. This can be horns, goat legs or other goat like features, and tails. They normally have red skin, though white, blue, and purple have been documented.
Civilization and Culture
Naming Traditions
Normally tieflings are named after virtues or something similar (Patience, Scholar, Roam, etc.) and don't take last names unless necessary. Those last names are in some way related to their birthplace, as they don't have any other place to recognize their Homeland.
Major Language Groups and Dialects
Infernal is an innate language to the tiefling people, and most also learn Common for convenience.
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
Tieflings, due to their mixed blood heritage, are very open to relationships with most other species.
Origin/Ancestry
Moralus is commonly said to be the birthplace of the tiefling race, and it's true they are quite populous there. Their true birthplace, however, is the forgotten city of Hell's Gates, a mixing of the blood from the now extinct human and demon populations.
