House Aleantlar
House Aleantlar, formerly of Kashommzar, was once the most powerful drow house of the city. Their rival house, House Yunvra, eventually usurped them as first family of Kashommzar, and they were exiled and driven deeper into the Underdark.
Structure
Like all drow houses, the House Aleantlar is a matriarchy, led by a Matron Mother.
History
Originally first house of Kashommzar, House Aleantlar fought against House Yunvra, the second house, who were secretly being aided by the other houses to supplant House Aleantlar as the rulers of the city. The strength of House Yunvra was too much for House Aleantlar to defend against, and they were defeated. The remaining members were exiled deeper into the Underdark, where they established a new homestead. The exact timeline of this is unknown, but it is not an event remembered by any living drow except for the members of House Aleantlar.
