Qhyorim (Kai-ore-im)
Structure
Unlike other organized religions the Qhyorim has been specifically designed to operate in many small groups that sometimes congregate and work together. Leading the whole, when the need arises or an individual of sufficient acclaim is elected to the position, is the Yoraish. This individual does not have the authority to command any Qhyvite to perform any action, but is usually respected and honoured enough that most would. Below the Yoraish are the Heralds, community leaders who guide the various Qhyorim caravans around the world. These elders remain in communication with each other over vast distances and will often work together to plan out routes for each caravan to take, in order to prevent doubling up. Finally, there are the priests and lay followers of Qhymos who travel in the caravans, making up the majority and the ones who provide the most direct aid to others.
Culture
For the members of the Qhyorim the world as a whole is a beautiful thing, that must be experienced throughout one's lifetime. This is why Qhymos gave up their powers and became a demi-god, so that they could experience what they had made first hand, though this wandering also brought to their attention the suffering of so many peoples. As such, the Qhyorim seek to travel to regions that have experienced hardships and aid them, providing healing, guidance, additional labourers, food and more. This does not mean that the Qhyorim are a passive people, they have been persecuted even before their caravans, and tend to be masters of the Bladed Scarf, which they use to defend themselves and those who cannot.
Public Agenda
It is well known that the Qhyorim wander the world in their caravans bringing healing, protection and guidance to those communities that need it.
Assets
The Qhyorim consistently operate around nineteen terrestrial caravans with a handful of small fleets of vessels that perform the same duties just for island and remote communities. Aside from the sheer quantity of wagons and ships that the Qhyorim possesses, they are also in possession of the locations of many ruins and hidden troves of resources, which they use to fund their continued operations.
