Iomedae's Reach Police Department

Structure

The police work in tandem with the The Iomedae Church's Holy Order as the peacekeepers of the city. Due to labor shortages and limited armament they often outsource with the Adventurer's Guild to take care of issues in the upper levels and satellites.

Assets

The police force mainly consist of lightly armored officers paired with with flying security drones but do have a small arsenal of power armors for more extreme situations.

Units

Officers

The rank and file police officers use stun pistols, rifles with non-lethal rounds, and electric batons to keep the peace. Lightly armed they rely on more heavily geared swat units for more dangerous matters. Patrols usually consist of two officers and a Hornet.

Drones

Officer patrols are usually accompanied by a flying drone referred to as a "Hornet". Armed with a hard hitting electric rifle and a suit of electronic countermeasures.

A swat detail usually consist of a pilot in powered armor and 4 accompanying robots. Armed with an arsenal of lethal and non lethal weaponry. Most commonly uses power shields and particle shotguns.
