Mother Stowd is a herbalist who lives in the city of Stralshafen, in the section outside the Trade District known as the Low City.  Her herb lore is aided by her use of Windcrafting, though most people are unaware of that due to the reputation Anzohith has wrought as the local wizard.  Also unbeknownst to the citizens of Stralshafen is just how lost Anzohith would be without Mother Stowd to keep him out of trouble.
