Rory Chaffigan

He runs a blacksmith and enchanting operation called 'Rory’s Emporium' in the Feport market with the help of two young elves, Cedric and Theylyn, and a uniquely colored tabaxi named Amargi for a bodyguard. The group is reported to be as tight-knit as family, and he seems to be a father figure of sorts to the other three. He is 7 feet tall with muscles rivaling that of an ogre, a burly build, greying beard, and long salt-and-pepper hair. Rory has short elven ears and honey-colored eyes, leading people to think he might be half elf. He has a charming personality and is good at playing to people's wants to make a sale. He wears finery in silvers and reds and has a long scar that reaches from above his left brow to below his bottom lip.
You've learned that he is using a false name, and is actually Helliphis, the last of House Brandlei from the Old Noble's Quarter. He allowed you to stay at his mansion and explained he is harboring a group of fugitive Fae for their protection from the Unseelie Queen, the Nameless. They are currently hiding in The Mondreik. Whatever species he is, he has four arms, two of which he hides in town.
