The Moon Realm

As it is also called, is a special plane of existence created by The Dom of Dusk, Lunar Empress Amaltharis, Prince of Astronomy especially for her children, the feylune (also referred to as moon elves or lunar elves). This plane is invisible to the naked eye unless moonlight shines upon it. In hiding from the Unseelie forces after them, the Lunar Empress opened the Mondreik inside the Brandlei manor for her and her people to hide in after Rory offered them to stay there. To make her more comfortable, Rory and the feylune covered the manor in magical roses, as she has an affinity for them. It seems they were close friends with his mother and they secretly took him in when his house fell. Now he is repaying the favor.
You happen to have learned that there will be some sort of festival held in the Empress' honor, and you wonder if this has anything to do with the approaching Midsommer festival.
