Captain Makayla Lauren Owen (service number 78946-24771-MO) is an American servicewoman of the USC Army Reserve as well as a xenoarchaeology student at the university of New Earth. Makayla has a very friendly, selfless, and caring personality and will always look out for her friends. However, in reality, that couldn't be further from the truth.
Makayla was formerly also a male to female crossdresser living full time as a woman before she secretly underwent treatment in a Reconstruction pod in high school.

Appearance

Makayla is a remarkable attractive young woman. She has a slim feminine figure, narrow shoulders and wide hips. Her torso is quite short, as are her arms, while her legs are slightly longer. She has soft smooth skin maintained by continuous moisturizing. She had all body hair completely removed.

Attire and Personal effects

Even though Makayla is a part of the USC Army Reserve, she is rarely seen in uniform. Commonly, she simply just wears a denim jacket over a pink Tshirt with jean shorts and hiking boots. She also wears a heart-shaped pendent around her neck with matching earrings as well as a charm bracelet on her left wrist and watch on the right. She carries a crossbody purse containing a small makeup kit, keys, cell phone, tampons and a datapad tablet.

Early life and education

Makayla Lauren Owen was born on August 12, 2698 within humanity's homeworld of Earth to proud navy parents Alexander and Katalina Owen. Growing up, Makayla was quite withdrawn and isolated, never really socializing much outside of school. She more or less enjoyed playing amateur archaeologist in her backyard. Makayla was also a bit of a gamer girl, though that dwindled slightly as she began high school as she started getting into more girly things like makeup, and boys. Though, her over passion for history and digging up the past remained.

Family and relations

Makayla is the oldest daughter of Alexander and Katalina Owen, she has three younger sisters. She has a strenuous relationship with her parents because of her crossdressing lifestyle. She is very close to her sisters, who fully accept and support her, Makayla and often get together and do all the normal sisterly things. Makayla is also an aunt of a four-year-old niece.
As someone who doesn't really socialize much, Makayla's circle of contacts is quite small. Outside of OSI, Makayla has only one friend she is incredibly close to, Claire Franks, who has been her BFF since high school. Makayla is also engaged to a to her boyfriend, Roberto Rizzio, whom she loves more than anything. Something she finds a little funny because a couple years ago she never really saw herself as being attracted to men.

The relationship between Makayla and her parents has always been quiet strenuous because of her desire to live as a woman. Though, her father has slowly started to come to terms with it and is starting to see her as his daughter rather than his son. Makayla's mother on the otherhand, is still greatly opposed and unsupportive of Makayla's chosen lifestyle as female. Makayla hopes that one day her mother will come around and see her as her daughter, especially since she can no longer be a man because she is biologically female now.
