Human Colonization Bureau
The Human Colonization Bureau is a civil service provided through the United Nations run by the members of the United Nations Security Council. Its purpose is to ensure the safety and safeguard the rights and protection of the colonists on the planets that humanity colonizes. It monitors and regulates the travel along the Warp Lanes, opens and closes access to Warp Nodes that allow travel between humanity's Interstellar Domains, and also makes sure to survey and plan out colonization strategies that elected or designated Colony managers can employ for best outcome of colonial success.

Culture
Very bureaucratic and clinical with a significant emphasis on attempting to avoid topics planetary politics so as to provide greater cohesion among the workforce. This does not always workout or even work out for the best.

History
In the year 2284 on the 4th of January, Humanity, including the H.C.B. had been evicted from the planet earth. The Bureau used Coalition forces to establish a new base of operations in the Domain: New Sol, originally named Domain: Giant Leap.
Demography and Population
The population of humanity at this point numbers far greater than ever existed in human history. Due to declining birth rates it was no longer uncommon for couples or other domestic arrangements to "order" children from hospitals or orphanages via donations of genetic materials like sperm and eggs. To be clear, adoption does not change the genetics of children being adopted. This also does not mean that natural birth no longer occurs, it is simply a less common option for new parents and modern humanity.
Military
The Bureau has no military of its own and instead merely green lights Coalition Militia. Planetary militia is under the command and purview of Planetary Managers however, unless the colony has chosen to revoke that power from the manager.
Religion
All religious practices and beliefs are allowed.
Agriculture & Industry
Varies on planet but, their preferred method is planning the economies of new colonies, but do not enforce those planned economies unless the Colony's survival is put at risk.
