Dwarves

Second-born species of mortal, created by the god Yorn.
The Dwarves were created in the mountains that now make up the spine of the continent Morkau. During the Age of Titans, they lived mostly underground, in a highly hierarchical kingdom. The first king Noveik Yornsin was chosen specifically by Yorn to lead his people. They were masters of molding stone and metal to do incredible things, and building monuments to the gods. During the Titans' War, some dwarves were twisted by the blood of the fallen Titan Ladun into Demur, pale beings with fiery eyes who bring the hierarchy of the original dwarves to a harsh and violent caste system. The Demur tried to enforce their views onto the kingdom of Yornsin, and the resulting civil war resulted in the kingdom splitting. The Demur moved deeper into the underdark while the Yovur (dwarves still loyal to Yorn) fled to different mountains and kingdoms.
