The Mayor of Greene Horne was originally a title, but through the time of the current one's rule it became a name.

He is a fat man, manipulative and greedy. This Mayor penned the current treaty between the Hunters and the Hydro Heads, making Green Horne a neutral ground and relatively immune from the war between the two factions.
