Seion Stormscales

A white dragonborn politician and merchant. Seion was heavily involved in the early stages of the The Maelstrom Campaign while the party was in Radanha. He was a member of the Trade Assembly of Radanha back then, but lost his position after everything that happened with the The Immortal Circle came to light.
Now he wastes away in Shatterguard due to his involvement in the coup of Radanha. Seion accidently aided The Immortal Circle in his attempt to protect the city. He was spared execution since it was deemed unintentional. Unfortunately, he now lives a life few would consider better than death.
