Querth Algude (All-Good)

A Tiefling orphan that grew up scrounging for scraping on the streets of the The Serene Gardens. He eventually worked his way up to working for some local bounty hunters. After a successful hunt he got a rare request from the Czar himself.
Involved in the The Story of Jakob 
After panic killing the child Jakob and attempting to commit suicide by throwing himself on his axe, he blacked out on the streets of Stonewatch. He was healed by the imperial healers when the forces arrived at the scene and he was promptly sent off to Shatterguard prison to serve time for numerous murders.
