You see a tall, pot belly, light green skinned Frogman with medium-brown curled hair, amber eyes and no facial hair. They are wearing forest green attire accented in amber. He is currently the elected Mayor of Gil and lives in the Town Hall of Gil. He is well respected by the residents of Gil, but he has has some contention with Toruk Stormspeaker who Katernin feels oversteps his command.
