Toruk Stormspeaker

Commander Toruk Stormspeaker is the leader of the Revenant Brigade and the lead witch hunter. He is a minotaur of the Mountain Folk that lost much of his tribe when they were raided by werewolves. He doesn't trust Niius, Brother of the Moon or anyone that worships her.

The witchhunter is a 5th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom with Spell Attack = 1d20+4 and Spell Save DC = 12. It knows the following spells:

Remove Curse Touch Remove curse from creature or object.

1/day: Cleave. He can, with great effort, cleave through multiple opponents in front of him, but doing so leaves him to weak to do it again before a long rest. Roll an attack against every creature in a 5ft radius around Toruk. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft radius. Hit: 2d8+5 slashing damage + 1d4 1d4 fire damage.


Hunters of the Unnatural. The witchhunter's weapon attacks count as magical and his Great Axe does additional magic fire damage. Additionally, they deal an additional 1d8 fire damage against abberation, celestial, fey, fiend and undead.
  Mage Slayer. When the witchhunter damages a creature that is concentrating on a spell, that creature has disadvantage on the saving throw it makes to maintain its concentration.
  Magic Resistance. The witchhunter has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Actions

Multiattack. The witchhunter makes two weapon attacks with his Greataxe or one with his Heavy crossbow
  Great Axe. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d6+3 Slashing damage + 1d4 1d4 fire damage.
  Heavy Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 1d8+3 piercing damage.
