Dwarvish

The second most common language after Common. Dwarvish is spoken frequently on the surface, but in the Depths Below Dwarvish is the common tongue of trade and is functionally the universal language. Even the elves of Quallsitte are more likely to know Dwarvish than common.
For D&D gameplay purposes Gnomish and Undercommon are both dwarvish
