A nice hell or a nice purgatory, whichever you prefer. I really liked the idea of how someone became a kind of god over it. Otherwise, I wonder if it wouldn't be nice - in terms of the devils - if more psychological horror were built in. I'd also be interested to know what happens to the sinners who have already failed once (which should have happened to anyone who has been there for a while) and then can't have anything cut off because it's no longer there... or do the body parts grow back?
