Malfont

The Red Lord, Champion of the Eternal Flames, Commander of the Infernal Legions, Orchestrator of the Brimstone Danse.
The very Devil himself.
Malfont fought a series of wars to consolidate Infaernos under his rule and after success, he bound all devils into the Pact of Submission, which is a key element of The Infernal Accords. (Ed. note- There were several reported versions of this pact and most devils today are not entirely certain of which one they signed. Version Two is commonly cited amongst scholars as the final agreement.) This agreement rules the conditions of submission that all devils follow and is the legal backing for instituting the Brimstone Danse.
Physically, Malfont is bound to Infaernos and cannot travel the Realms of Eldara.* He stands fifteen feet tall, with red skin and cloven hooves for feet. He typically wraps himself in demon skins, most of them he has personally flayed. He has horns coming up from the side of his head, no mouth (speaking only by invading the thoughts of others), a skeletal nose, and pure Hellfire for eyes.

*Often debated in legal circles. Many say that it is foundational to the Pact of Submission. Others say that since it is not explicitly written, it is open to interpretation. Malfont scours the Realms constantly, looking for the best legal minds to invite to Infaernos on a permanent retainer. Once Hell is filled with lawyers, we may finally achieve a verdict.
