Shooting in downtown area

Citizens downtown reported hearing gunshots in the downtown area late last night. Several arcusa were reported entering a ramen shop on Kanto Street when a man entered and opened fire. Officer Shamtan Payne responded to the scene and was forced to shoot the perpetrator, who has yet to be named by police. No one else was injured in the shooting, despite 16 rounds being fired. The assailant was taken into custody and treated for his wound. He is now in stable condition.
