Frelia

A graduate of the Children of Rachis group housing program, Frelia is the owner and sole operator of the Indigo Abbey. Endlessly cheery and equivalently focused Frelia somehow keeps the entirety of the abbey's community outreach programs running by her Lonesome. From the soup kitchen to the litter disposal to the pro bono medical visits, Frelia keeps it all running with a smile. She's most commonly spotted EVERYWHERE maintaining much of the civil structure that was lost on the Empty Night.

In her (incredibly sparing) free time she runs a diner on East Street.
