The Expeditionary Force arrived with a flotilla of war craft at the mouth of Chesapeake Bay in search of the Washington Ruins. After some time spent exploring the ruins, Lord Fredrick made diplomatic contact with, John Vinyard, the Governor of Delphi, and began to lay the groundwork for a Merikan alliance.
