Hell's Throne
Hell's Throne is the metaphysical ruling body of Loehs. The throne is a concept steeped in powerful magic that controls the function of Loehs, and so any member or person adjacent to Hell's Throne is considered important to demonic and immortal society as a whole. Hell's Throne often functions as a type of secret service or society with its way of carrying out actions on the behalf of the Throne as a hole.
The Essence of Hell's Throne is a particular body of that power that is virtually untouchable by even the most powerful of Ascended Gods or Sterling Gods, however some history states that beings that are considered demon-adjacent or a Paradox Anomaly may be able to inherit the Essence. Some small groups also believe that the Essence is an actual intelligent and omniscient being, rather than being a concept or a source of power.
Public Agenda
Hell's Throne functions on a base level as a basis of civilisation within Loehs. Without Hell's Throne, is it widely considered that most civilised areas in Loehs will fall.
History
The time of the Throne being established was almost concurrent with the beginning of recorded history within Loehs. The beings who established Hell's Throne were never recorded, although it is thought that some names they have mortals have continued on through mortal myths, legends, and histories.
History states that there used to be line of actual heads of the organisation that were born of the Essence of Hell's Throne and sat in the physical Throne. Commonly, those stories are widely regarded as fiction at worst and distant past at best. It is widely believed that the Essence of Hell's Throne will never be claimed, and most people think it is for the best as that would mean one person has untold power and control over Loehs.
