Sunset Lake

Sunset Lake is the largest and deepest lake on the continent. With it's own unique ecosystem, the area has been an ecological wonder to the world.

Geography

The lake is so large that viewing the lake form one side makes it impossible to see the other. The center of the lake is the The Red Sunset Spire which can see the entire lake from its peak. The shoreline is doted with small cities and villages that are dependent on the lakes resources as well.

Fauna & Flora

The lake has twenty unique varieties of fish such as the Monsinina Carp and the Sunset Trout. It's vegetation is also unique to the world. With about 30 varieties of plants it is one of the most densely pack amount of plants.

Monsinina Carp

Are quite valuable not because of their rare sightings, but their taste. They are considered a delicacy across the continent, but they are extremely dangerous to eat. They are naturally very poisonous, so it takes a trained cook to prep it correctly to eat. As a result, its the fish eaten by nobles alone.

Sunset Trout

The trout is a foot long fish inbune with solar magic. It comes up near the surface around dawn or dusk to bask in the Sun's magic. It is quite a delicacy in the region.
