A few years ago, the Crimson Scar Tribe took over the keep and began terrorizing the townsfolk of Lorine. In their time in the keep, they graffitied many of the portraits and walls of the building and repurposed many of the rooms.

Architecture

The Abandoned Keep is a rectangular stone building with a tower at each of its four corners. The towers at the back are taller and contain bedrooms, while the front two have guard towers that can be manned by archers.

History

This keep was once the home of the Lord of Lorine, who did not want to live in the town itself. One day, the Lord and his wife simply disappeared. When the townsfolk came to check on the Lord and Lady, they found no clues as to what happened to them. No sign of a struggle, nothing was packed. It was as if they simply vanished. It is a mystery to this day.
Some time ago, the Crimson Scar Tribe took over the keep, led by Shukruck the Terrible. Following the events of The Broken Goblet Massacre, an Unnamed Band of Adventurers came and killed Shukruck and his closest allies. Jill and John Anvilborne returned afterwards to finish driving the goblins from the keep.
