Personal history
Henry Duskgloom was the son of the infamous necromancer Zendorth Duskgloom. In 48 3E, at only 13 years old, he was accepted to the Blackrose Institute of Witchcraft. With his father seeming unimpressed by his academic accolades, Henry attempted to prove himself in another way. When a letter from the Adventurer's Guild came for his father, Henry intercepted it and showed up on his father's behalf. He traveled all the way to Zafral to meet with Tristan in Longsaddle. Here, he met Ghost, Raven, and Doug. During their adventure, Ghost and Raven fell through a cursed mirror and disappeared. Doug and Henry were forced to flee.
Later, he wrote a letter to Ghost telling him about life at No Rest Cemetery and the Mancer Brothers. He urged him to visit, which Ghost later did. That fall, Henry began attending the Blackrose Institute, graduating at the top of his class.
Growing up amongst the Mancer Brothers, Henry developed an almost brotherly relationship with them, looking up to them.
In 68 3E when Henry was 34 years old, his father Zendorth died, despite his attempts to become a Lich, leaving Henry to take over as the infamous necromancer.
In 70 3E, Henry brought Kraggin back to life using the approaching Harmonic Convergence. He wanted to prove he could raise a body that old. 800 year old bodies are hard to come by, so he couldn't find any better than Kraggin. He then informed the second half of The Chosen Nine about the prophecy of the Chosen Nine and directed them towards Shademoor so they might hear it in full. Before they left, however, Henry said that he had a test for them, and commanded the Mancer Brothers to attack.
Relationships
The son of the infamous Necromancer, Zendorth Duskgloom. His father taught him a lot about raising the dead, and he believes he is ready to take on the world.
