In September of 48 3E, Helenorin met Waywocket in Mistshire and gave her a mission from The Verdant Hand to kill Stark Mancer. 
Since then, despite Mistshire being destroyed, he has stayed in his underground house in the woods, waiting for another mission from The Verdant Hand.
