The army with the King of Cevell having fled Cadanval, made its way to the gates of Faroe, turning the tide of battle and establishing Faroe as the new base of operations for the army of Cevell.

Following the sacking of Cadanval, the King took the ships east to edge of the forests of the elves, then south, and then west, towards the stronghold of Faroe, the soldiers encamped at Faroe were locked inside of the keep by beasts of Vordakai. But seeing the King's forces approaching the knights of Faroe opened the gates and rode out, the forces of Vordakai were pinned between the two groups and utterly decimated.   This victory provided the Kingdom of Cevell with a much needed second wind, which would carry them to the end of the Gods War.
