The Enchanting of the Forest

The forest surrounding the Elven Kingdom is enchanted by the Chosen Champion, Ameria Loch, and all the most powerful elven mages, to prevent the armies of Vordakai from reaching the Elven cities.

This enchantment made it so only the Elves who lived in the forests, and those whom they trusted, could find the path to the cities held within. If someone were to leave the path they would never know it, they would simply walk in the forests until finding themselves back where they began.
