Zoltan Silver-Blood becomes King of the Gilded Throat

The first Dwarven King post Starfall, Zoltan Silver-Blood of North Spire becomes king of the Gilded Throat Mountains after winning a clan war against clan Iron Hammer.

King Zoltan ruled from his home city of North Spire for 12 years, his reign was chaotic, disorganized, and failed in all regards.   This would lead to 8 more years of Clan Wars.
