The Rebellion of Cadanval is declared

The rebellion is declared against King Bereic Goldcrest by Duke Mercer Dunwin.

On the final night of the Festival of the Bright. The duke gave a speech to the crowd. Here he declared that king Bereic had murdered his family and had become a tyrant, and so he gave a call to arms to see the King dead. Officially beginning the Rebellion.
