Proud Spire
The city of Proud Spire is the High Elven city on the southern end of the Bridge of Ascension.
The Cennard is the High Elf Eriis DawnStar.
Districts
The Spire - Cennards Palace, noble apartments, etc
The Marble District - Residential district comprising of 6 separate markets, 10 Inns, and the Proud Bow Winery.
Arcane District - This district is home to alchemist, enchanters, and a dozen mage towers, most of these towers are now abandoned.
Harbor District - Warehouses, ports, taverns, apartments etc.
Guilds and Factions
The Lochs - A group of Elves who wish for Av'Anloch to be isolationists, they advocate for the strengthening of the wards first placed on the forests of Av'Anloch by Saint Ameria Loch to keep all non elves out, allowing Av'Anloch to keep all intruders out and to create a True Elven Paradise. Lead by the Wood Elf noble, Aldon Harrow
The Gold Crowns - This faction seeks to further unite Av'Anloch and Slymornia, they wish the wards be removed entirely and for a new empire, the likes of which has not been seen since StormHaven broke apart, to rise, allowing Slymornia and Av'Anloch to become truly one. Lead by the High Elf noble, Ashe Pinsey
The Silver Thread - This faction believes that Slymornia law should not dictate the law of Av'Anloch, they argue for more autonomy, especially against the magic ban. Lead by the High Elf noble, Ohtindil Sepal.
