The city of Oaken Crest is the central Elven city inside of the forests of Av'Anloch.
Districts
The Grove - home to the nobility
The Heights - Large residential district, includes the Gold Leaf inn, the Wood Glow Apothecary, and the temple to the Great Divines.
Iron Root - Contains the main market of Oaken Crest, the Iron Root Forge, and the offices of the Av'Anloch trade company.
Forest - The largest area of the city, where farming and livestock are handled, and many families live.
Architecture
Oaken Crest is a city built at one with nature, rather then cut down the trees of the forests, the elves decided to have the trees grow in the most beneficial way. Because of this the city has a seamless integration in natural and constructed architecture, the stone work of the city could be easily mistaken for having been grown from the very trees. In addition the trees have been shaped to form many of the buildings within Oaken Crest.
