Esmel
Esmel is the capital city of the Av'Anloch, home to Warden Fenkas Silverwood, situated on the isle of Welkynd the city of Esmel is a truly grand sight to behold.
The Warden rules from the Star Light Palace, a grand palace constructed from the most impressive stones harvested from the Meteor which struck the isle during StarFall.

Districts
Cloud District - fanciest district in the city, home to the rich and powerful, the Star Light Palace is here, and the temple to Great Divines.
The Landing - the first district, closest to the bridge, this is where many commoners live, merchants of all trades do business here. Talon Rest Inn
The Araie - Where the Wizards, Sorcerers, Alchemists and such of the city call home, the Araie has fallen under strict control since the magic ban, the library of Zivac is the largest collection of tomes in Northern Illios, and access is strictly controlled by the Warden.
The Pits - located along the eastern side of the city, the pits is the slums of the city.
Talon Quarter - Where the military personnel that live in Esmel stay, Also houses the guard headquarters and several barracks.
Outside the city to west is full of pastors and farmland.

The city is largely made out of meteorite stone, giving it its unique appearance, at night much of the city glows, especially in the more affluent areas, decreasing the need for torches and other light sources in such areas.
